Participants are responsible for arranging their travel to and from Riga, including transportation to and from Riga International Airport, Riga Coach Station, and Riga Railway Station.

For your convenience, taxi transfers from Riga International Airport to the city centre typically cost around 15 EUR one-way and take approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. There are several taxi carriers operating at the exit of from the arrivals hall at the Airport. You can also use the Bolt App, which is fully operational in Riga.

We take the safety of our participants very seriously.

To receive your conference badge, we kindly request that you show your ID card or Passport.

Please note that, in accordance with the new GDPR regulations, we cannot issue accreditation badges to the third parties (such as colleagues) without the respective person's ID card or Passport.

It is important to remember that your badge is unique to you and cannot be shared. Any violation of this policy may result in being asked to leave the event.

For security purposes, we ask all guests to always keep their badges with them, even during social events.

Additionally, during the event, we request that you carry your personal ID card or passport. Upon the arrival at the conference venue, our security team may request to see your personal identification.

Please ensure your badge is always visible.

For security reasons, the following items are prohibited:

Pepper spray, tear gas, and other gasses and pressure containers

Knives and objects with a sharp point or sharp edge

Firearms (including firearm replicas and firearm parts), and ammunition

If requested by security, please be prepared to provide your personal belongings for inspection.

To enhance your experience, we are excited to offer a guided city tour on the afternoon of Feburary 12, 2026. This tour will provide a wonderful opportunity to delve into the rich history of Riga.
